Abbreviations have been removed, The word cohort has been replaced by neonatalsamples. In the results section, the correlation equation has been revised to reflect the maternal levelas the independent variable. Correlation is given as 'r' and the slope coefficient in 2 decimalpoints.The P value for the intercept in the method comparison equation has been added. The second sentence in the conclusion has been removed as suggested. A statement regarding the differencebetween the immunoassay and LCMSMS for neonatal samples has been added.
